Booking & Performance Guidelines
Welcome to Azad Band Lucknow. By making a booking or confirming a date reservation for your wedding, baraat, or special celebration, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.
1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Token
To lock and reserve a specific event date during peak wedding season in Lucknow, an advance token booking amount is required. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed token advance. Verbal enquiries without advance do not guarantee date blockages.
2. Event Timings & Punctuality
Our band troupe arrives at the designated gathering spot 30 minutes prior to the scheduled procession start time. Clients are requested to inform the management of any major timing shifts at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Performance Duration & Procession Route
Standard baraat procession packages include performance for the mutually agreed duration and route distance. Extended hours beyond the agreed booking can be accommodated with prior coordination and supplementary overtime charges.
4. Local Permits & Permissions
Clients and venue hosts are responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal, police, or local banquet noise/procession permits required in their specific Lucknow locality or residential colony.
5. Payment Balance
The remaining payment balance must be cleared on the event day prior to or upon completion of the band's performance. Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
In the rare event of date postponement due to unforeseen family emergencies, date shifts can be adjusted subject to Azad Band's slot availability on the newly requested date.
